📦 Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second email with tracking information when your order ships.

🌍 International Shipping

We currently ship to select international countries. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and may be charged by your local customs office.

📬 Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

❗ Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order is delayed or marked as delivered but you haven’t received it:

  1. Check with your local post office or delivery provider.

  2. Contact us at info@simplelynn.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date so we can assist.

📦 Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering correct shipping information. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may contact you for reshipment (additional charges may apply).
