🔁 All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products (such as food, wellness powders, and hygiene items), we do not accept returns or exchanges for health and safety reasons.

🛠️ Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect

  • Or incomplete

Please email us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@simplelynn.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)

We’ll do our best to resolve the issue, including sending replacements or offering store credit when appropriate.

💳 Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds may be offered in limited cases, such as:

  • Duplicate orders

  • Orders canceled before shipping

  • Products proven to be defective

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

❌ We Do Not Offer Refunds For:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier

  • Products returned without prior authorization

  • Items reported after 7 days of delivery
